MIMS Password Reset
WHAT TO DO AFTER PASSWORD HAS BEEN RESET?
PRIMARY 1 -2 MIMS PASSWORD RESET FORM
Only parents of Primary 1 and Primary 2 students may assist their child with the password reset form below.
PRIMARY 3 - 6 TO USE THE SELF RESET KIOSK IN SCHOOL LIBRARY
Primary 3, 4, 5 and 6 students can go to the library during recess to the MIMS PASSWORD RESET KIOSK to submit their reset request personally. Once submitted, their password will be reset 1-2 days later.
They will have to check the TV screen at the lift lobby, to look out for their reset status.
UNABLE TO LOG IN DUE TO ERROR
If you are unable to log in due to an error, please e-mail Mr Iskandar (ICT Associate) at iskandar_hamid@moe.edu.sg together with the student's full name, username and class.
Please include a video or a screenshot of the error you are facing.
